After more than two years since I came up with the idea, my Perth-based blog has finally been released over at Perth2Go!
It's been a long and arduous process, which most of the work put in honestly been primarily busy-work that I could've automated. Getting ads enabled was also a pain, but thankfully I used a workaround.
Anyway, the blog primarily focuses on topics relating to the Australian city of Perth, but I've also got a few pieces such as my fast-food related ones, which apply to Australia more broadly. Right now, the blog is categorised into three different areas:
- Reviews
- Reviews I have posted on Google Local Guides/Google Maps
- Posts
- Short articles based on a random assortment of whatever I have found interesting around the city
- Examples include: Best Places to Play Pokemon Go, The Strangest Road in Perth
- Rankings
- Primarily tier-lists, but with a couple numerical rankings, as expected these sort different items into list
- Examples include: Chicken Burgers, Fast Food Deserts, Railway Lines
Honestly, I probably should've stuck to just using Blogger like I do for this blog, but I decided to write up an entire website from scratch. The only thing I'm really missing from 100% completion is the posting of the 300 reviews I've accrued since I came up with the idea, but that shouldn't be too far off.
